With over 40 years training experience in the Martial Arts. Sensei Smith specializes in teaching children, adults and special needs students. He is a 4th Dan in Shotokan with ranking on other arts as well.
The Legend Gates is a family oriented small Dojo catering the West Rutland and surrounding areas. Siblings, Parent and child to just best friends can join together at one monthly discounted rate. we encourage family training. A Non Profit Dojo seeking to help train another generation.
Renshi Rick Smith has been teaching in this location since 2011 and teaching overall since the early 1990s .

Tournament Season is here a few of you will compete the first time while others will compete in September.
The 2nd Annual Pumpkin Carnage Festival slated for Nov 2nd or 3rd. Stay tuned for current information as the fall approaches and we begin to collect donated pumpkins after Halloween is over. This allows the kids one last hurrah outside before Winter hits. All carnage after is gracefully taken away as chicken feed by a local farmer.
