Defense. A Community supported Dojo on Main St. West Rutland. We help those that need to learn self defense, Traditional Karate, Fitness & Health, A great way to maintain Arthritis and other joint pain. Come see the benefits with 2 free weeks offering classes $50 a month for 1 to $75 for 2 and 3+ family/friend plans.

All rank is earned and never promised. You train vs. you and not your classmates to bring about the best you can be!

Currently training Monday & Fridays 5-6pm we are seeking to open a NEW CLASS from 4-5 and 6-7 on Mon Wed & Fri with enough students joined.

2 for 1 special from May 1st to October 1st.

Any two people family or friends welcomed starting at $50 a month or @250 for 6 months. Payment plans available and we accept Cash, Check, VISA/MC DSC. and DEBIT Cards.
