DEFENSE
SHOTOKAN KARATE
Renshi Smith is a 4th Dan in traditional Shotokan Karate. His Keizu (Lineage) is 3rd Generation under GM Rick Lenchus under Kenjiro Kawanabe O''Sensei who was under Gichin Funakoshi the Father of modern Karate-do.
Kata training is part of the three K's of Shotokan and is emphasized to its applications.
2 for 1 Special
Any two people from May 1 to October 1st 2019 may join together for the price of one student for 6 months use.
New classes to form with new enrollments.
SELF DEFENSE
Learning the fundamentals of self awareness and defense both in order to best prevent or de escalate a problem before it becomes violent. Using a mix of Karate, Aiki Jitsu and Pressure points on top of cognitive awareness.

KENPO
KENPO
Renshi Smiths first art he studied was that of Kenpo Karate Okinawan style and 5 animal style Kempo. This progressed into a 1st Dan in 1988 and into Kickboxing for several years. with a 5th degree he uses all forms combined together for effective defense.

AIKI JISU
Aiki Jitsu
Using joint manipulations. leverage and pressure points vs. striking and kicking more common in Karate. The two make a good blend.
